NextStep Scotland was founded from direct personal experience of the challenges young people face when entering the world of work. While studying at university, our founder saw how difficult it can be to secure meaningful, flexible employment that fits around education — and how many school leavers and students are expected to make fast career decisions without enough guidance or opportunity.
NextStep Scotland was created to bridge that gap.
We specialise in connecting school leavers, students, and early-career jobseekers with employers who value potential, reliability, and fresh perspective.
